Forms ask for the information needed to respond to your enquiry. Prayer requests allow you to omit your name and email. Newsletter registration asks for an email address and consent to receive updates.
Delivery and confidentiality
Forms are sent only when a delivery service has been configured by the site administrator. If no service is configured, the site reports that the request was not sent. The website does not save form submissions in a local database or log their content.
Prayer intentions are confidential by default. Permission to share with the prayer team is optional and separate from consent to this policy. Authorised administrators must limit access, use a delivery service appropriate for confidential information, and honour sharing preferences.
Service providers
This website is designed for Vercel hosting. Illustrative images are served through Next.js image optimisation from Unsplash. Optional visitor-initiated videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain; interacting with a video may allow YouTube to process usage information. Online giving, when enabled, is handled by an external approved provider.
Retention and your choices
Before enabling forms, the community must confirm its data contact, delivery provider, retention period, deletion procedure, and access controls. These details will be published here. You may request access, correction, deletion, or newsletter removal through the community’s verified contact channel once provided.
Cookies and payments
No advertising analytics are included by this application. External hosting, video, and payment providers may process technical information under their own policies. This application never collects payment card numbers.

This initial policy describes the implemented website. Organisation-specific legal and operational details require review before form delivery is activated.
